Revised Zoning – Chapter 13 Updates for Floodplain Management

This proposed ordinance will update Exeter Borough Zoning Ordinance Chapter 13, for the safety and welfare of the citizens and businesses of Exeter Borough and to be compliant with FEMA and PEMA Floodplain Management policy standards, and will be considered for adoption by vote of Exeter Borough Council at the June 4, 2024 Regular Monthly Borough Council Meeting.
